What exactly is CanBizVisa?+
CanBizVisa is a Canadian B2B business-consulting firm. We provide business back-office support to Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs), immigration lawyers, and immigration agencies. We do not provide immigration advice and we do not work directly with individual applicants.
Who is CanBizVisa for?+
Licensed immigration professionals and their firms. Our client is your practice; the applicant remains your client. We operate behind your firm, never in front of it.
Do you give immigration advice?+
No. Immigration counsel, eligibility, and pathway strategy are delivered by your RCIC (regulated by CICC) or your immigration lawyer. We handle the business operations and documentation only.
Do you guarantee a positive IRCC or PR outcome?+
No. Nobody can guarantee the result of an immigration review. What we do is operate and document the underlying business within a defined scope, so the file rests on a real, well-evidenced operating record. The decision remains entirely with IRCC.
What does a typical engagement cover?+
Bookkeeping and CRA filings, corporate maintenance, hiring and payroll records, business-activity documentation, IRCC-formatted reporting, and PFL evidence packaging. Scope is fixed and agreed up front, line by line.
How do you work with our firm?+
One accountable manager per file, a standing weekly partner sync, a standardized monthly written report, and quarterly reviews. Everything is delivered to your firm in a format you can hand to your RCIC or lawyer.
Can you take a file another consultant started?+
Yes. Inherited and rescue files are explicitly welcome. We onboard the file, audit existing operations and filings, identify gaps, and rebuild a defensible operating record, typically closing the audit phase within two weeks.
Does the founder lose control of the business?+
No. We do not take board seats or direct the company. We hold the plan-of-record, document execution, and flag risk. The founder runs the business; we keep the operating record audit-ready.
Can CanBizVisa work under our firm's brand?+
Yes. White-label delivery is standard: reports, business plans, and client-facing documents can carry your firm's brand, and we never appear in front of your client. The master agreement defines the branding terms up front.
What does CanBizVisa not handle?+
Immigration advice, eligibility assessments, legal submissions, government filings, tax advice, and investment advice. Those remain with your RCIC, lawyer, or the client's licensed tax and financial professionals. We supply the business plans, records, and operating evidence behind the file.
