Canada Business Migration Professional

A B2B partner to Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants, immigration lawyers, and immigration agencies. We handle the business case behind your clients' Canadian immigration files: Provincial Entrepreneur Programs, Startup Visa operations, International Mobility. Your firm stays focused on the legal pathway. We do not provide immigration advice.

Core Services

Six practice areas, built for B2B partners

Every engagement is structured around what your client actually needs from a business consultant: financial modelling, due diligence, operational continuity, never the legal work itself.

About CanBizVisa

A Canada-grounded firm, built around the work itself

Founded in 2015 in Toronto, CanBizVisa was built to handle the business engineering behind Canadian immigration matters: the financial models, business plans, operational continuity, and corporate substance that a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant or immigration lawyer cannot legally produce themselves.

Today we operate as a back-office capability for licensed immigration firms across Canada, the United States, Greater China, and Southeast Asia. Engagements are governed by master partnership agreements with each firm, with individual fixed-fee SOWs per client matter.

Engagement Model

How an engagement runs

Predictable scopes, fixed-fee phases, clear ownership boundaries. One master services agreement with your firm. Client matters get individual SOWs.

House Rules

Two principles, kept without exception

  1. We do not give immigration advice.

Pathway analysis, eligibility commentary, and program interpretation belong to your firm's CICC-regulated consultants or accredited lawyers. We handle the business case behind the application. The line is not negotiable, and it is what makes us a safe partner to refer work to.

  2. Fixed-fee scopes, signed before work begins.

Every engagement starts with a one-page SOW listing deliverables, milestones, and the fee. No hourly billing. No scope creep. If the matter changes, we write an amendment before continuing, not an invoice afterward.
